Fresh oyster mushrooms – grown on Copenhagen's coffee grounds!
We bike around the city on our cargo bike, collecting buckets of coffee grounds, which we upcycle in our urban mushroom production every week. The coffee grounds nourish the oyster mushrooms until the mushrooms bloom into beautiful clusters after a couple of weeks.
