Prices and payment terms

All prices at Bylandbruget Baggaarden are in Danish kroner and include VAT. However, prices do not include delivery costs, which will be added during checkout. Bylandbruget Baggaarden accepts the following payment cards: VISA, Mastercard.

Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery and pick-up 

Fresh Mushrooms

Bylandbruget Baggaarden delivers fresh mushroom orders by cargo bike to regular customer agreements in the Copenhagen area. Deliveries are made on scheduled weekdays within agreed time slots. Delivery prices are agreed and determined with each customer based on quantity and location.


Shipping and deliveries

Orders are shipped through reliable courier companies to ensure the product reaches the customer in the best possible condition. Shipping does not include all Bylandbruget Baggaarden products due to the potential impact shipping may have on the quality of certain products. Therefore, it is not possible to order fresh mushrooms for shipping, as they will not remain fresh during transport. Grow kits and other products are delivered via standard shipping. Delivery time typically varies from 1-3 weekdays within Denmark, depending on the customer's location and chosen shipping method.

Pickup at the farm

Customers can also choose to pick up their products. Pickup at the farm is available during an agreed time slot when ordering any Bylandbruget Baggaarden products. The risk of the goods passes to the customer once the goods are received. If you choose to pick up at the farm, the risk transfer occurs at the time of pickup.

Storage and responsibility

Bylandbruget Baggaarden's products include fresh mushrooms, grow kits, and other items. Proper storage and use of the products are the customer's responsibility. Therefore, customers should carefully follow Bylandbruget Baggaarden's instructions for the products

Right of withdrawal 

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at svampe@baggaarden.com within 14 days of receiving your products. The return is at your own expense, and we recommend that the item is returned unused and in its original condition.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to all types of products. This includes fresh mushrooms, as they will spoil quickly during the return process and therefore cannot be returned. We cannot offer a right of withdrawal for this product.

Defects and complaints

At Bylandbruget Baggaarden, we do our best to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and delivered in good condition. Should the customer receive a product that shows signs of defects or faults, the customer has the right to complain in accordance with the statutory complaint rights.

The right to complain applies to defects or faults present at the time of delivery. For fresh mushrooms, it is important that the customer contacts Bylandbruget Baggaarden as soon as possible after receiving the product if there are any issues with the product's quality.

Other Bylandbruget Baggaarden products can also be complained about if the problem is due to a defect in the product and not due to incorrect handling or storage.

If the customer wishes to make a complaint about a product, please contact us at svampe@baggaarden.com with a description of the issue and attached photos of the product. This will help us assess and process the customer's complaint.

For a justified complaint, we offer an exchange or refund depending on the product and situation.
